Refund policy

We want you to love what you take home from Ember & Owl. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they're unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at cj@emberandowl.com with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned: earrings and other pierced jewelry, and any food or consumable items (teas, cocoa) once opened.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
